Steps involved in selling

As a reseller, you'll either directly approach customers to purchase SMSIntegra credits, or customers referred by us would contact you to purchase SMSIntegra credits.
If the customer has not already downloaded and tried the evaluation, you'll need to work with the customer to simulate the first run.
Once the customer is satisfied and ready to purchase, you'll obtain the order from him and follow your internal policies for securing and confirming the order.
You'll instantly notify us of the sale with all relevant details like customer details, license details etc.
We'll raise an invoice for the sale and send it to you for approval. You'll need to send us a confirmation by email.
We'll provide you with a link to download that you need to forward to the customer for direct downloading. Also, we'll add the sale to our license registry. Once this is added to our license registry, the customer will be automatically notified. Should you require License Certificate, we can issue signed License Certificate favoring the customer and mail you in .pdf format.
At the end of each month, we'll send the final invoice, which you'll have to pay us via bank wire (or through PayPal, if required).
When the customer needs support, he can either get in touch with you o rStardotstar Software ltdl.

Steps to become a reseller
To sign up as a reseller, you'll need to send the following details via e-mail to aravind@smsintegra.com

• Company name, address, email, telephone & fax numbers,
  
• web site URL
  
• Contact Persons (CEO and Marketing In-charge) name,
  
• e-mail and mobile numbers
  
• Company profile enlisting the following information:
  
• Description of Company's primary business.
  
• Number of marketing people in your Company.
  
• Geographic market that your company primarily serves. List or category of companies that buy software from you.
  
• A brief outline of how you plan to market our products.
  
• List of similar products that your Company represents/resells or plans to do so in near future
  
• Once we've the above information, our marketing team will review the information and will get in touch soon. On accepting your proposal, we will send our Reseller Agreement, which you need to sign and return to us.
• There after, you can start marketing SMSIntegra product and services
